Women On Mission/Baptist Women Prayer Group – All ladies are invited to come on Thursday,January 5^th at 1:00pm in the fellowship hall for a time of Bible/mission study and prayer.

 

Budget/Finance Committee Meeting – Please meet Monday, January 9^th at 6:30pm.

  

Business Meeting – Wednesday, January 11^th at 7:00pm.

 

 Ladies Winter Fest - Faithful Friends will have their annual Ladies Winter Fest for their “Secret Sisters” on Sunday, January 15^th  following the morning worship service in the fellowship hall. Don’t forget this will be for all our secret sisters and we will be revealing who we are that day. We hope you make plans to come, and don’t forget to sign up in the foyer of the fellowship hall.

It’s A Boy!  There will be a Baby Shower for Jennifer Mullins given by friends on Sunday afternoon, January 22, 2012 at 2:00 PM in the church fellowship hall.  All ladies are invited to attend!

Thank you to the volunteers for giving so generously of your time to a night of fun for our children.  Parent's Night Out could not happen without you! 

 

Also, thank you, church family, for all the overwhelmingly generous donations for the children's Christmas shopping experience.  The kids love to shop for Christmas and your donations make it possible. 

 

Thank you to the parents for sharing your little angels with us. 

 

Lastly, thanks to the children for being so well-behaved.  It was a pleasure spending a few hours with you.

Many Thanks! Thanks to all that have given to missions this year. We received $12,418.51!

 

 

 

Special Thanks to all the Children & Youth for participating in our Christmas program. We have wonderful children and youth here at Blairland, and are so proud of each one of you! But our ultimate thanks goes to God for giving us the perfect gift, His son, our Savior, Jesus Christ!

Beginning Wednesday, January 4^th we will be doing WASH (Wednesday At Someone’s House) again this year! The Youth Quake Class (9^th-12^th grade) will be having their Bible Study each Wednesday in January at a different host home. All youth are asked to please meet at the church at 6:45pm; we’ll then go to the host home to enjoy a time of Bible study and fellowship and should return back to the church by 8:15pm. Permission slips available on table with bulletins.

Hands of Praise – Please meet Wednesday, January 11^th at 6:00pm in the fellowship hall.

 

Youth Sponsored Lunch! On Sunday, January 29^th following the morning Worship Service there will be a Youth Department sponsored lunch with all proceeds going toward our Youth Budget. We hope you make plans to come!

Please continue to pray for our Upward Ministry. Practices are going well. First game is Saturday, January 7^th, 2012.

 

Concessions - If you would like to volunteer for concessions – there is a sign-up sheet posted in the foyer of the fellowship hall.
