Church Staff

Jeff served as bi-vocational Youth Minister from 1992-2008 when God called him into full time ministry as Director of Student Ministries in July 2008. In September 2009, he was blessed to step into the role as Worship Leader vacated by his father Bill Harris who had served as a volunteer in this position at Blairland for over forty years. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Pellissippi State in 1992 with an AS degree in Business Administration. He is a native of Loudon and has attended Blairland all of his life. He and his wife Karen were married in June 1980 and have two children Blake and Kari. Their daughter Kari was recently married to Chad Presley and their son Blake is engaged to Kristen Brown and are planning their wedding for July 2010. Jeff & Karen enjoy serving the Lord together and are really looking forward to grandchildren!

Leslie Bivens - Church Administrative Assistant

Leslie has been our church administrative assistant since August of 2000. She is a native of Loudon, and has gone to Blairland Baptist Church all her life. She and her husband Michael married in December of 1996 and have two children Lucas & Blair. They enjoy serving the Lord together, and spending time with family and friends.

Phyllis Millsaps - Financial Secretary/Treasurer

Phyllis has been our Financial Secretary/Treasurer since March of 2002. She is a native of Loudon, and has strong family ties to Blairland Baptist Church with her father, Jewell Watson, serving as pastor for over 18yrs. She and her husband Lynn Millsaps celebrated their fortieth wedding anniversary in September of 2008.  They enjoy traveling and spending time with family and friends.
