Church- Wide Picnic!
Everyone is invited to our annual Church-Wide Picnic Fellowship on Sunday evening, Today September 14th at 5:00pm. Our picnic/fellowship will be in the MAC/gym. The church will provide the meat, bread, drinks and paper goods; we ask that you bring the trimmings and desserts. Please see Bonnie Wear on what to bring. We do ask if you can this morning after church and help us put out tables, and chairs. We hope you make plans to join us for this great time of fellowship!
Sunday Night Bible Study!
Beginning Sunday evening, September 21st we will meet for a few weeks at 5:00pm in the Church sanctuary for Bible study led by Pastor Henderson.
The study is “Every Member Matters” by Josh Wredberg and Matthew Z. Capps. This study will unpack why membership isn’t just a suggestion, but a calling. Explore seven unique roles of a church member, understand membership as acts of worship, service, and discipleship, and most importantly, learn how to respond practically.
In Every Member Matters, you will be encouraged to embrace the awesome privilege of joining a local church and using your gifts to minister and serve His people! The church is God’s plan to reach the world, and there is no greater way to spend your life than in the service of Jesus’ mission. In the body of Christ, Every Member Matters.
